September’s First Friday Catch Up

Wow what a Summer and as I write this who knows what September will bring ?
At September’s FFCU we can promise you great food and equally good company.

This month we welcome back Navdeep and Shailja who together run ‘Dosa Paratha Corner’ in Saffron Walden.
They have put together a Combo which gives you the choice of any two curries from:
Chicken Currry
Lamb Curry
Mixed Vegetables
Dal Makhani (lentils)
All served with Rice, Breads and dry fruit samos.
All for just £12 a head ! Which includes a donation to the Village Hall Funds.

The Third Friday is on the 19th.
This will be drinks, snacks, a chat and a Catch Up …. No food.

There will be no First Friday in July, instead head to the Church on the 3rd of July for by an Evening of Music from our very own Boy Band Torino Green, and we hope to see you all on the 3rd Friday in July.

Pop up Pub 6th September 2024

We are planning to run a ‘Pop up Pub’ on the first Friday of every month.

A chance to meet up with your neighbours and the rest of your Community and to chat about recent events and maybe plan for the future. Who knows there may even be talk about the Queen’s Head …… Other conversations will be available !

Doors open at 19:00 Wrap up at 23:00 If you feel peckish Burgers and Wedges will be available to buy.
